We are an independant family run Estate Agency offering a comprehensive service in both Residential Sales & Lettings. We also offer services for clients with commercial properties as well as an auction service. We are able to deal with all aspects of property and are currently dealing with large sites worth millions of pounds, land, residential new build as well as a more standard collection of residential properties. We also speicalise in assisting in the sale of properties that have structural issues, non-standard construction or mining issues.

The Property Shop team all believe in good customer service and we will do everything we can to make sure you get a first class service in every aspect of your dealings with the company. We always keep our clients informed of what is happening with their property and give them regualr feedback, after viewings as well as general feedback on how we feel things are progressing. In these tough times we use our skill and experience to offer feasible solutions and always try to 'think outside the box' - reducing your price isn't always the only option, although it might help!

Due to the large network of investment buyers that we have developed over the years we are also able to Stop Repossessions right up to the day baillifs are due - it is never too late! We can normally offer a sale and rent back scheme for those who don't want to leave their family home. In these circumstances we will only put you in touch with buyers that we know and trust, many 'cash-buyers' who advertise in the local papers will do everything they can to take advantage of your sittuation, however we want to help and therefore make sure we find genuine buyers for your home.

Home Information Packs


Most people are now aware of the need for a Home Information Pack, but very few people understand what they are and what they contain. We have provided some further information on our Conveyancing page.

If you are looking to order a Home Information Pack then we are able to help, we are currently offering complete Home Information Packs for just £299+vat. (There may be an extra charge for leasehold property) We can also offer a defered payment option with payments defered for up to 10 months.

Energy Performance Certificates


Currently an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required in all Home Information Packs. These EPC's must be produced by a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA). From October 2008 all landlord will be required to provide an EPC for their properties and as such will have to employ a DEA to produce this report. If you need an EPC either to go into your HIP or for your rented property then we are happy to help. Our qualified Domestic Energy Assessor will carry out an inspection and produce a full EPC for just £50+vat (non-standard construction property not included at this price) Simply call our office to make an appointment.
